How fast can I send a fax?+
Most faxes deliver in under four minutes. We retry automatically up to 3 times if the receiving line is busy, and email you the complete delivery status and log.
What is Schedule Fax?+
Schedule Fax lets you pick a send time within the next 3 days, so you can fax government agency with limited opening hours and avoiding busy line. It's $1.00 and includes the same delivery tracking and proof of transmission.
What file formats can I upload?+
Upload PDFs, DOC, DOCX, PNG, or JPG files up to 10MB each. You can attach up to three files per fax (up to 50 pages total). We automatically convert and optimize all files for the best fax clarity.
How do you keep my faxes secure?+
Security is our priority. All uploads travel over encrypted HTTPS connections. Files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes after delivery. Transmission uses T.38 FoIP protocol - the industry gold standard for secure, HIPAA-compliant fax delivery.
Do I need to create an account?+
No account needed! Just enter your email to receive delivery confirmations and status updates. Your email tracks your free page quota, but there's no signup or password required.
What happens if my fax fails to send?+
We automatically retry failed faxes up to 3 times. If the fax still can't be delivered (e.g., invalid number, recipient line always busy), we'll notify you by email and drop the charge. You only pay for successfully delivered faxes.
